EV-Adworks operates the MaditSpirit brand. The seller details published on this website apply. For questions about an order, contact support@maditspirit.com.
These Terms govern purchases of MaditSpirit subscriptions, Plans, Skills, add-ons, digital content, coaching-related services and other paid services. The service, price, billing frequency, trial, renewal, access and cancellation terms applicable to an order are displayed before confirmation and recorded in the order confirmation.
Current commercial offers use recurring subscriptions. Available billing periods and prices vary by Plan. Before an order is placed, the product page and final checkout or Google Play purchase screen state the exact Plan, billing period, recurring price and currency, any trial or introductory terms, and the renewal and cancellation terms. The information shown on the final purchase screen governs that transaction. A Plan renews at its disclosed interval until cancelled under its terms.
Earlier orders remain subject to the terms and specific commitments accepted when those orders were placed. These Terms do not retroactively change an existing customer’s contractual rights.
MaditSpirit may supply continuing digital services, AI-assisted wellness services, educational digital content and coaching-related services. The customer selects the Offer, Plan and any optional add-ons. Before confirming an order or starting a trial, checkout displays the main characteristics, price, applicable taxes, billing interval, any trial and its duration, future paid amount, renewal and cancellation terms. The customer can review and correct the order before confirmation.
The contract is formed when the customer confirms the order and payment is authorised, unless checkout states another formation point. A confirmation is sent by email or made available in the account.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The applicable price is the price displayed immediately before confirmation, subject to correction of an obvious error. Applicable taxes and charges are shown where required. Payment is processed by the available payment provider; MaditSpirit does not normally store complete payment-card credentials.
A failed payment may lead to retry attempts, restricted access, suspension or cancellation under the applicable Plan and provider rules, subject to mandatory law. Amounts validly due remain payable.
Where offered, a free Premium trial lasts for the duration displayed at checkout. Trial duration is configurable, and the duration shown before the trial starts governs. Before the trial starts, the customer is shown whether it is free, its duration, the Standard Plan that will follow, its paid price, billing interval and automatic conversion terms.
The customer may cancel through the applicable Manage Billing function before the trial ends. Timely cancellation prevents the disclosed paid recurring subscription from starting. Otherwise, the selected Standard subscription begins automatically under the terms disclosed before the trial. A paid introductory offer, if separately displayed, is governed by its own disclosed price and terms; it is not described as a free trial.
A Standard subscription renews at the interval and amount shown at checkout and in the order confirmation, subject to any clearly disclosed introductory price or discount. Cancellation through the applicable online Manage Billing function normally stops future renewals while access continues through the period already paid, subject to the order, provider rules and applicable law. Cancelling does not by itself refund an already-paid current period. Later renewals do not start a new MaditSpirit 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Where a consumer enters into a qualifying distance contract, a statutory withdrawal period may apply, generally 14 days from the legally applicable starting point. Withdrawal is separate from ordinary subscription cancellation and from the voluntary guarantee in Section 8. A customer may exercise withdrawal through the dedicated account function, where available, or by an unequivocal statement sent to support@maditspirit.com. For a Google Play purchase, the statement should include the Google Play order ID; any applicable Google Play request mechanism may also be used. The model form in Section 17 may be used but is not mandatory. MaditSpirit will acknowledge receipt without undue delay by email or another durable medium.
If the customer expressly requests that a paid service begin before the withdrawal period ends, MaditSpirit may begin performance. If the customer then validly withdraws, a proportionate charge for service supplied up to withdrawal may be due where law permits. MaditSpirit will not rely on such a charge without any express request or information required by law.
For digital content supplied immediately without a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may be lost only when all legally required conditions are met, including prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right. General acceptance of these Terms alone does not replace a legally required consent or acknowledgement.
Where valid withdrawal or another mandatory right requires reimbursement, MaditSpirit will refund within the applicable legal period through the original payment route unless another method is agreed. For a Google Play transaction, the refund may be processed through Google Play. Any lawful proportionate charge may be deducted. Mandatory rights remain available regardless of trial or commercial-guarantee eligibility.
For an eligible new paid subscription that did not follow a qualifying free Premium trial, MaditSpirit offers a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting on the first paid subscription payment. A free Premium trial shorter than three full days does not remove this guarantee. A free Premium trial lasting three full days or more is the voluntary evaluation period, so no additional MaditSpirit 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts when that trial converts to paid billing.
This commercial guarantee applies to the initial paid subscription payment at the billing interval disclosed before purchase. It does not restart on renewal. Eligibility and any offer-specific details shown before purchase are recorded with the order. Earlier accepted guarantees remain governed by the applicable order terms; these updated rules do not remove a right previously promised to an existing customer.
To request the voluntary guarantee within its applicable period, contact support@maditspirit.com with the order details, including the Google Play order ID for a Google Play purchase. Where applicable, an approved refund will be processed through the original payment platform. This commercial guarantee does not replace or limit statutory withdrawal, consumer-protection, billing-error or platform-specific rights.
MaditSpirit may refund or correct duplicate or unauthorised payments, technical billing errors, payments collected without contractual basis, amounts refundable by law, or grant a discretionary commercial refund. A request should include the order number or Google Play order ID, account email, payment date, amount and reason. A discretionary refund does not by itself establish a statutory withdrawal or termination right.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory remedy for a service that is defective, not supplied, not as described, or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee. This includes mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Online access normally starts after payment confirmation or at the start of a disclosed free trial. Digital content may be provided through the account, dashboard, protected area or download link. Access is personal and non-transferable and depends on the applicable active Plan, payment status and these Terms.
Paid Skills operate within the MaditSpirit AI Coach environment. If several eligible Plans provide this access, MaditSpirit may ask the customer to identify a main Plan for account organisation; that choice alone does not change the price, cadence or terms of any Plan. If a Plan ends while separately paid Skills remain, already-paid Skill access continues through each Skill’s paid-through date with the access needed to use it; future renewal and any optional continuation Plan are handled under the terms shown to the customer.
An add-on may be a one-time or recurring item. Its actual price, billing and access terms are those displayed at checkout. A discount code applies only when entered before completion and when its stated customer, Plan, duration, expiry and usage conditions are met. It may reduce the first payment, selected payments or another disclosed charge. Later edits to a code do not change an already accepted order’s recorded price and schedule.
For an Android subscription purchased through Google Play, Google Play processes the purchase and payment. Before confirmation, the Google Play purchase screen displays the applicable product or base plan, local price and currency, billing period, any trial or introductory terms, and the fact that the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. That purchase-screen information governs the Google Play transaction.
A Google Play subscription may be managed or cancelled through the billing link available in the MaditSpirit account, where provided, or through the Google Play subscriptions centre. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally refund the current paid period; access normally continues until that period ends unless a refund, withdrawal or other mandatory remedy requires a different result.
Refund, withdrawal and billing-error requests may be sent to support@maditspirit.com with the Google Play order ID. Where MaditSpirit approves or is legally required to provide a refund, it may be processed through Google Play. Google Play may also provide its own request route. Platform procedures do not replace or limit mandatory consumer rights or MaditSpirit’s voluntary guarantee where that guarantee applies.
Purchases made through another app store or payment platform follow the purchase information and applicable operational mechanisms displayed by that provider, together with these Terms and mandatory consumer law.
MaditSpirit or its payment provider may retry failed payments and notify the customer. Access may be restricted or suspended while a valid amount remains unpaid, subject to mandatory law. MaditSpirit may improve or modify features without materially reducing the essential nature of an ongoing paid service without appropriate notice and rights. Future order prices may change; changes affecting existing recurring customers follow applicable law and required notice.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may seek free and independent mediation for an unresolved dispute. Where legally required, MaditSpirit will direct the customer to the appropriate consumer mediation body upon request. The customer should first submit a written complaint to MaditSpirit and allow a reasonable period for amicable resolution.
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence. No provision waives such mandatory protections.
For sales, billing, cancellation, withdrawal or refund questions, contact support@maditspirit.com.
Commercial models no longer offered to new customers are not described as current offers in these Terms. Existing orders remain governed by their accepted order confirmations, checkout disclosures and applicable law.
