We may process your name, email address, account credentials, contact details, billing details and account-security information.
Depending on how you use MaditSpirit, we may process goals and preferences, questionnaire and diagnostic answers, weight or other measurements you provide, sleep, nutrition, exercise, emotion, fitness and performance information, tasks, routines, logs, plans, progress information, calendar and task-completion activity, AI Coach messages and feedback. Information you share in free-text questionnaire answers or AI Coach conversations may be used to build a longer-term personalization profile that MaditSpirit may reference again in later conversations, not only the conversation in which it was shared.
We may process the Offer and Plan selected, subscription type, billing frequency, Progressive duration, commitment mode, payment status and history, order and invoice references, cancellation requests, Engagement and payment-schedule information, discount-code use, add-on selections and legal-consent and commercial records.
We may process Support messages, ticket status, cancellation context, refund requests, payment references and resolution history.
We may process IP address, browser and device information, logs, timestamps, authentication events, security events, diagnostic information and error information.
Where permitted and where you have given the required consent, we may process marketing preferences, newsletter subscriptions, campaign attribution, referral information and cookie-related data.
We do not rely on consent where another lawful basis is more appropriate. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
MaditSpirit may use AI systems to generate responses, summaries, plans, suggestions and other personalised service outputs. Depending on the request, the AI system may receive your current message, recent messages from the same conversation, your selected Skill, account or session identifiers, relevant profile and onboarding information, questionnaire and diagnostic answers, an existing personalised plan (such as a diet or workout plan) where one applies, relevant progress and adherence data (such as logged measurements, completed tasks and schedule activity), previously extracted longer-term personalization information from earlier conversations, and technical metadata.
Personal and profile information used to personalize your AI experience – such as your goals, quiz and diagnostic answers, weight or other measurements, and other wellness details – is used only to personalize that experience and, where applicable, retained in your AI personalization memory for that purpose. It is not used for advertising or ad-targeting purposes, and MaditSpirit does not repurpose it for unrelated uses.
AI outputs are generated assistance, not guaranteed facts or professional advice. MaditSpirit does not represent that AI outputs are always accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular person.
MaditSpirit is a wellness, lifestyle, educational and coaching service, not a medical service. You must not submit medical records, formal diagnoses, prescription information, detailed treatment records, emergency medical information or information intended to obtain medical diagnosis or treatment.
Information you choose to provide about physical or mental wellbeing may, depending on its content and context, qualify as health-related or special-category personal data. Where MaditSpirit intentionally processes such information on the basis of your explicit consent, the consent request will be separate, informed, affirmative, versioned and recorded. You may withdraw that consent through the available privacy or account settings.
Withdrawing consent stops future optional processing based on that consent. It does not make lawful historical processing unlawful or require deletion of billing, contractual, accounting or other records that must be retained.
Personal data may be accessed by MaditSpirit personnel and service providers who need it to operate the service. The production service uses third-party services for payment, commerce and checkout, email and communications, hosting and infrastructure, and AI processing; AI processing currently uses DeepSeek for most AI Coach conversations and diagnostic processing, and OpenAI for premium-tier conversations and as an automatic fallback provider. Providers are used only for the functions for which they are engaged and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
MaditSpirit does not sell personal data.
Some providers may process data outside France or the European Economic Area. Where a transfer is required, MaditSpirit relies on an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, an applicable recognised transfer framework or another lawful safeguard.
MaditSpirit keeps personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements.
Your account, your AI conversation history and the data required for the free AI Coach experience (including your profile and onboarding information) are not deleted merely because paid access ends – they remain available under the free service. When a user’s qualifying paid access has fully and genuinely ended (not on cancellation itself, and not while any other paid source still grants access), premium Dashboard-specific data – including uploaded files and AI memory generated during paid use – may be scheduled for deletion after the configured retention period. The current operational default is 30 days. If qualifying paid access is restored before that date, the scheduled deletion is cancelled.
Billing records, orders, payment references, Support records, refunds, reviews, contractual snapshots, consent evidence and other financial or legal records may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and establish or defend rights. Closing an account does not necessarily delete those records immediately.
Marketing data, security logs and cookie information are retained according to their purpose, consent status and applicable legal requirements.
MaditSpirit may use strictly necessary, authentication, security, preference, analytics and marketing cookies or similar technologies. Non-essential technologies are used only where the applicable consent rules permit them. You can manage choices through the cookie-consent interface and your browser settings.
MaditSpirit uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved, including access controls, authentication safeguards, encrypted connections, provider security controls, backups, logging and incident-response procedures.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.
Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, objection to processing based on legitimate interests and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.
Where our systems support it, you can also act directly: your AI Memory settings let you review, edit, delete individual saved personalization/memory items, or clear all of them, without needing to contact us first.

You may complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
MaditSpirit services are not intended for children unless a specific service expressly states otherwise and the required safeguards are in place.
Third-party websites and services linked from MaditSpirit have their own privacy notices. MaditSpirit is not responsible for privacy practices outside its control.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in services, providers, law or processing. The publication date will be updated when a material change is made.
