All our digital courses are considered non-tangible digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, once access to the course is granted, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Course progress is tracked automatically by our learning system (Tutor LMS), and only lessons marked as “completed” by the student are counted.
If more than 15% of the course is marked as completed, no refund will be granted, regardless of the time spent or number of lessons opened.
To ensure compliance with this condition, our team reserves the right to manually verify the student’s course progression using secure administrative tools. Any attempt to bypass or manipulate the course progress system (for example, by unchecking completed lessons after full access) will result in an automatic rejection of the refund request. We also reserve the right to deny a refund in cases of suspected abuse.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
