4.1.6 Client Responsibility

However, as a commercial gesture, we offer a limited refund policy under strict conditions: a refund may be of purchase only if less than 15% of the course content has been completed. Course progress is tracked automatically by our learning system (Tutor LMS), and only lessons marked as “completed” by the student are counted.
If more than 15% of the course is marked as completed, no refund will be granted, regardless of the time spent or number of lessons opened.
To ensure compliance with this condition, our team reserves the right to manually verify the student’s course progression using secure administrative tools. By accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges that the administrator may temporarily access their account to check progress. No personal or sensitive data will be accessed or altered. This access is strictly limited to progression data.
To request a refund, the customer must send an email to support@maditspirit.com or simply in our Contact page . The email must include the full name, email used at checkout, and the name of the course. Our support team will verify the eligibility and provide a response within 3 working days. If eligible, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Any attempt to bypass or manipulate the course progress system (for example, by unchecking completed lessons after full access) will result in an automatic rejection of the refund request. We also reserve the right to deny a refund in cases of suspected abuse.

5. Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

5.2 Online Courses (Video Trainings)

13.3 Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are originally drafted in English. If translated into another language for convenience, only the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistencies or misunderstandings.
